The company was incorporated in 2008 under the name Consort Engineering. It used to be a contractor for Reinforced Concrete works. The company later became a general builder under the leadership of the Managing Director, who believed strongly in providing value for money services to the masses. The company was later renamed VFORM, to represent this belief.
